Napoleon Games is a Belgian company engaged in offering gambling games. The headquarters are located in Erembodegem.

The Napoleon adventure, founded by local entrepreneur Willy Michiels, commenced 40 years ago. Since then the company has grown to become a full-fledged online entertainment company. Napoleon Sports & Casino was created in 2009. Two years later, in 2011, the online Napoleongames platform was launched.

In 2015, the business underwent a change in ownership, being acquired by the investment group Waterland. Subsequently, in 2021, the company changed hands once again, this time being sold to the Romanian-based Superbet. Today, Napoleon Sports & Casino is the market leader in Belgium.
