Article 1 - Organizer
These rules apply to the Promo ”Jingle Thrills” (hereafter “Promo”) organized by Napoleon Games NV and all its subsidiaries, hereinafter also called Napoleon.
Article 2 - Duration
"Jingle Thrills" runs from 15/12/2023 at 00.01 am to 12/01/2023 at 2.00 pm.
Article 3 - Participation
3.1. "Jingle Thrills" is reserved for visitors, aged of minimum 21, of the participating Napoleon Gaming Halls (as referred to above), with the exception of the persons referred to in article 3.3.
3.2. Each person must be legally registered in the participating Napoleon Gaming Hall to participate in the Promo and MUST have an online account at napoleongames.be
3.3. Participation is excluded (a) for Napoleon staff, as well as the respective family members of those staff members who live under the same roof, as well as (b) for anyone who is in any way directly or involved in this Promo in an organizational sense.
3.4. The Organiser is allowed to contact the participants directly via e-mail on the follow-up and possible distribution of prizes in case of technical issues on the platform
3.5. You need to have a Belgian nationality to register, or if you have another nationality you already need to have an account created before 27/11/2023. An exception applies for the gaming halls of Adinkerke and Nechin.
Article 4 - Acceptance of the rules
4.1. Participation in this contest implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. In all cases, in particular when not governed by these rules, Napoleon shall solely decide and settle on any issue, dispute, or otherwise without the participant being entitled to appeal. In the event of fraud, abuse or "suspicion of" any of such fraud, abuse or otherwise, Napoleon is entitled to exclude the player concerned from this Promo and/or other Promos.
4.2. Napoleon reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten or withdraw the Promo or any part of it if the circumstances so require. Napoleon cannot be held liable for taking any of the aforementioned decisions. Printing, spelling, composition or other errors cannot bind the organiser in any way nor do they create any obligation whatsoever for the organiser.
4.3. By participating in this Promo, the participant unreservedly accepts the content and all the clauses of these terms and conditions, as well as all the decisions that the organizer may take, in order to ensure the running of the Promo.
Article 5 - Progress of the Promo
5.1. Each player who visits a participating Napoleon Gaming Hall receives a free participation ticket. A player receives a participation ticket for each of his/her visit.
5.2 The participant must register at napoleongames.be (one time registration valid for the full length of the contest) and complete an online participation form with his name, first name, email address that used to be registered at napoleongames.be. participant can find the form on this address. In addition, the participant must answer a knowledge and tie breaker question.
5.3 The draws will take place ONLINE on 12/01/2023 at 3 pm, visit the website napoleongames.be to check the winners of each Gaming Hall. The 3 winners will be drawn per participating Napoleon Gaming Hall. The starting question determines who wins Apple package worth 4,000 euros - an oled tv 55 inches worth 1,999 euros - iRobot J7+worth 999 . If there is a tie after completing the questions and the tie breaker question, the earliest reply will be taken into consideration. Winners will be informed by 8 pm on Monday 15/01/2024 via an inbox message on the Napoleon platform.
5.4 It is not possible to win multiple prizes. 1 price only per person.
Article 6 - Prizes
6.1 The prizes to be won are: Apple package worth €4,000 - an Oled TV 55 inches worth €1,999 - iRobot J7+worth €999. Every winner has to show up in the respective Gaming Hall by 31st of January and have to decide if they want to order the prizes or have cash.
Article 7 - Damage to third parties
7.1. Napoleon, neither its employees nor the third parties solicited within the framework of the Promo can be held responsible for any damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from the organization and participation in this Promo.
7.2 Napoleon reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten or cancel the Promo or any part thereof, including, but not limited to, in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If such a change is made, participants or others cannot claim any compensation.
Article 8 - Confidentiality
8.1. Personal data will be added to Napoleon's database and will only be used for Napoleon's marketing purposes, which each participant accepts.
8.2. Participants have the right to access, rectify or delete this data at any time.
Article 9 - Supplement to the rules
The current terms and conditions constitute an addition and shall in no way affect Napoleon’s general terms and conditions.
