Where can you watch the Premier League?

Watching the Premier League legally in Belgium does not work the way it might in other countries you know, and it does not work through your sportsbook app either. Play Sports via Telenet: the official rights holder
Telenet is the official rights holder for the Premier League in Belgium for the 2025/26 through 2027/28 cycle. Through the Play Sports channels, including a dedicated Premier League channel, and through the Telenet TV app, subscribers can follow every match with Dutch-language commentary. That makes Telenet the starting point for anyone in Belgium who wants to watch Premier League matches: no other Belgian provider broadcasts the competition directly without going through Telenet, as the rest of this page explains. Worth noting: this is an exclusive rights package, which means an ordinary digital TV subscription without the Play Sports package is not enough to watch the matches. Anyone not yet a Telenet customer can also get access through Play Sports Go or similar Telenet services without a full TV subscription, although the exact terms and prices for that change regularly, so always check directly with Telenet before taking out a subscription. For the rest of this page, it is worth remembering that every other legal way to watch the Premier League in Belgium ultimately runs through an agreement with Telenet, not through an independent rights holder.
French-speaking viewers: the Orange Sports package
For French-speaking viewers in Belgium, access to the Premier League changed in the summer of 2026. Until 1 August 2026, VOO sold its own "VOOsport World" package with French-language commentary, sublicensed from Telenet. VOO has since discontinued VOOsport World as a standalone product: VOO subscribers now buy the same unified "Orange Sports" package that Orange TV customers use. That package bundles the Play Sports channels, including the French-commentary Premier League broadcast, together with the VOOsport World channels (which still exist, now carrying other sports) and DAZN. In practice, that means anyone watching via a VOO or an Orange subscription now follows the Premier League in French through Play Sports within the Orange Sports package, rather than through a separate VOOsport World subscription. The underlying rights have not changed: Telenet still holds the exclusive Belgian rights and still sublicenses the French-language feed, only the commercial packaging on the VOO and Orange side changed. For anyone able to choose between the two language versions, for example in a bilingual household, that changes nothing in practice about which matches are broadcast, only the language you follow them in and which provider you subscribe through.
Orange, VOO and Proximus: what is and isn't possible
Since Orange Belgium's 2025 distribution deal with Telenet, and especially since VOO folded its own sports offer into the same package on 1 August 2026, Orange and VOO customers now share one route to the Premier League: the "Orange Sports" package, covering the Play Sports channels in both Dutch and French commentary, the VOOsport World channels, and DAZN. That is a convenient option whether you are already an Orange or a VOO customer for internet or mobile services and do not want to switch provider just for football. The situation at Proximus is different, and that is an important point to know if you recently watched through Proximus: Proximus previously had access to the Premier League channels for its Pickx customers through a carriage deal with Telenet. That deal expired at the end of June 2026 and was not renewed, so Proximus customers have had no access to the Premier League through their subscription since the start of the 2026/27 season. Anyone who watched through Proximus until recently needs to switch to Telenet directly, or to the Orange Sports package via Orange or VOO, this season to keep following the competition, a change that is not obvious if you only look at your existing subscription without having followed the news around it.
One last practical point: not every Premier League match kicks off at the same time. Rights holders such as Telenet work together with the competition to decide which matches are shown at which time, spread across Saturday, Sunday and often a Monday evening too, precisely to give as many matches as possible their own broadcast slot without overlap. Why you can't watch the Premier League through the Napoleon app
Napoleon offers an extensive live-streaming service through Napoleon TV for customers with an active, funded account, including La Liga, the Bundesliga, Serie A and the tennis Grand Slam tournaments in its line-up. The Premier League is deliberately not part of that. The reason is simple: the Premier League guards its broadcast rights worldwide particularly strictly, and in most European markets does not grant those rights to sportsbooks, only to traditional TV distributors such as Telenet in Belgium. Because Telenet holds the exclusive rights, no other party, including Napoleon, is allowed to offer a live video feed of these matches. That does not mean Napoleon has nothing to offer around the Premier League while you watch through Telenet, VOO or Orange: the app still gives you live player statistics, live odds and the option to bet in-play during the match, even without the video feed itself. In practice, that lets you combine the TV picture through your own provider with the live data and betting markets through the app, two separate products that complement each other rather than replacing one another.

Betting live while you watch
Even without a video feed in the app, betting live on the Premier League remains perfectly possible while you watch the match through Telenet, VOO or Orange. Once the match kicks off, the odds start moving live along with what happens on the pitch: a goal, a red card or a penalty can adjust the odds within seconds.
