US Open 2026: schedule, results and champions

The US Open is the fourth and final Grand Slam tournament of the tennis season. In 2026 it runs from 30 August to 13 September (with qualifying and a fan week starting around 23 August) at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, New York, on hard courts. The tournament: dates, venue and level
The US Open is one of the four Grand Slam tournaments, alongside the Australian Open, Roland Garros and Wimbledon, and it traditionally closes out the tennis season. It's played on hard courts in Flushing Meadows, New York, at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, where the US Open has been held since 1978. Both the men's and women's draws feature 128 players in the main draw.
In 2025, Carlos Alcaraz won the ATP title by beating Jannik Sinner in the final, his second US Open title and sixth Grand Slam title overall. Schedule and rounds
The tournament runs over a little more than two weeks: the first two rounds are played in week 1, and the third round through to the final in week 2. The women's final is usually played on a Saturday, with the men's final the following day. Where to watch the US Open
In Belgium, the broadcast rights for the US Open belong to Eurosport (Warner Bros. Discovery), with streaming via Max or discovery+, a paid subscription. That's the same rights family as the other three Grand Slams: Sporza (VRT) holds no live broadcast rights for the US Open, or for any of the four Grand Slams. For an ATP Masters event such as Cincinnati, the Belgian broadcast typically sits with Play Sports instead.
