Upon completion of the Testing Phase, Napoleon shall amend these Terms of Use to the extent  necessary to reflect the outcome of the Testing Phase prior to its wider implementation and availability to all Users meeting the applicable eligibility requirements.

The allocation of the boosts in Testing Phase shall be conducted on a limited basis and made available only to a defined percentage of players, as determined by Napoleon in its sole discretion. Participation shall be structured as a testing model, consisting only of:

1)target group, whereby players may earn cash through an  RTP boost.

2)hence all Players not being part of the target group are excluded from the Testing Phase.

The specific parameters shall be determined and may be amended from time to time by Napoleon at its sole and absolute discretion.

Napoleon reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the  testing phase described herein, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, testing parameters, and allocation mechanisms.
