Promotion Period

• The “Jelly Express” promotion runs from 6th April 2026, 10:01 until 12th April 2026, 23:59 (the “Promotional Term”).
• This is a network-wide promotion operated by Pragmatic Play, with prize pools shared across multiple participating operators.

Eligibility & Opt-in

• The participating game for this promotion is Jelly Express.
• To take part, you are required to join or opt-in in the Participating Game through the promotional welcome pop-up. Once opted in, you will qualify for the entire promotion.
• By opting in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Qualifying Bets

• To qualify for a prize, you must play real-money spins on Jelly Express with any bet stake (subject to game-specific minimum bet requirements) (a “Qualifying Bet”).
• Prize drops are randomly triggered on any Qualifying Bet. Each Qualifying Bet can trigger only one (1) prize at a time.
• Each player may win a maximum of two (2) prizes during the entire promotion.

Prizes & Payouts

• Prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of your winning bet stake (X multiplier × bet stake), where the bet stake used for prize payout cannot exceed €1.
• A total of 100,000 prizes will be awarded to players throughout the promotional period, distributed randomly according to the table below:

Bonus Buy & Ante Bet

• If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus/Free Spins) in the Participating Game (“Bonus Buy”), your prize will be awarded before you enter the feature mode and will be based on the €1 value. Bonus Buy availability depends on your jurisdiction.
• If you place a special bet (“Ante Bet 1, Ante Bet 2, Super Spin 1, Super Spin 2”), your prize will be awarded at the same bet level or at the €1 value if your bet stake exceeds the maximum amount. Ante Bet availability depends on your jurisdiction.

Live Tracking

• You can track your wins, other players’ wins, and the remaining number of prizes in real-time within the promotional interface of the Participating Game.

General (Pragmatic Play)

• In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected spins or prize outcomes may be voided or restored in accordance with the operator’s standard procedures.
• Pragmatic Play is not responsible for delays, connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or operator platform outages affecting participation or prize awards.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Jelly Express Prize Drop at any time. Such amendments will not affect players who have already opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behaviour, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions.
