What are Boosts?
A Boost is a promotional mechanic that rewards eligible players with an extra prize on top of their normal winnings when they meet a specific in-game condition while playing real-money games at Napoleon Casino. Napoleon may run different Boosts at different times, each with its own name, eligible games, activation window, trigger condition and reward. This document sets out the mechanisms and reward types that any Boost can use; the concrete details of a live Boost (eligible games, thresholds, values and duration) are always specified on the relevant Promo hub.
How to participate?
- Eligibility: open to natural persons at least 21 years old who are legally registered at www.napoleoncasino.be and who have agreed to the A+ licence.
- Activation: unless the Promo hub states otherwise, players must actively activate (opt-in) the Boost before it can apply to their play.
- Eligible games: only the game(s) listed on the Promo hub for that specific Boost count towards it.
- Real-money play only: only spins, hands or rounds played with real money trigger a Boost. Any Xtra Spins, in-game bonus rounds or other free-play mechanic within a game is not taken into account.
- Trigger the Boost: play the eligible game(s) and meet the trigger condition described for that Boost (see “Boost mechanisms” below).
Boost mechanisms - how a Boost is triggered
Napoleon may use one or more of the following generic mechanisms to trigger a Boost. The Promo hub for each specific Boost will state which mechanism applies and its exact parameters.
Single-spin / single-round win threshold
“Win at least €X in a single spin/round, get a Boost.” The player must land a win of at least the minimum amount (€X) stated on the Promo hub, in one single spin, hand or round of an eligible game. The qualifying win must occur within a single spin/round; several smaller wins added together across multiple spins/rounds do not qualify.
Percentage boost on winnings
“Get XX% boost on your first €X in winnings.” During the promotional period, and up to the cap stated on the Promo hub, the player’s qualifying winnings are increased by the fixed percentage (XX%) stated on the Promo hub. The boosted amount is credited as described on the Promo hub (e.g. automatically, or after the player reaches the stated winnings threshold).
Napoleon may combine these mechanisms, apply them to specific games only, or introduce other trigger conditions for a given Boost. In every case, the specific rules will be published on the Promo hub and will operate within the general framework set out in this document.
What can I get? - Reward types
Depending on the Boost, the reward can take one of the following forms. The Promo hub for each Boost specifies which reward type applies and its exact value.
Cash
A direct cash amount credited to the player’s real-money balance. Unless the Promo hub states otherwise, cash rewards carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn or played immediately.
Xtra Spins
A fixed number of spins, each at a fixed per-spin value, that the player can use on the eligible slot game(s) named on the Promo hub.
Xtra Chips
A fixed number of chips, each at a fixed per-chip value, that the player can use on the eligible live casino game(s) named on the Promo hub.
Xtra Rounds
A fixed number of rounds, each at a fixed per-round value, that the player can use on the eligible dice game(s) named on the Promo hub.
Countdown Xtra Spins
Similar to Xtra Spins, but instead of receiving a fixed number of spins, the player can spin freely on the eligible slot game(s) for a fixed period of time (the “countdown”). The reward ends when the countdown timer expires rather than when a set number of spins has been used.
Reward validity and access
- Unless stated otherwise on the Promo hub, rewards (Cash, Xtra Spins, Xtra Chips, Xtra Rounds, Countdown Xtra Spins) are valid for a limited period from the moment they are credited; the exact duration is stated on the Promo hub.
- Players can access their reward information at any time in the “History” tab of their account.
General Terms and Conditions
Boosts are organized by ECK NV, with registered seat at Zeedijk-Albertstrand 509, 8300 Knokke-Heist and company number RLP 0406.949.939 (hereafter “Napoleon” or the “Organizer”).
These general terms and conditions (“Boosts T&Cs”) describe how Boost promotions work at Napoleon Casino, how players can take part, and which rewards they may receive. They apply to every Boost promotion referred to on the Promo hub, regardless of its specific name (e.g. “Weekend Xtra Spins”), unless that Promo hub states otherwise. Specific parameters such as eligible games, minimum stakes, thresholds, values and duration for each individual Boost are published on the Promo hub.
Only real-money spins, hands or rounds trigger a Boost; any Free Spins or other free-play mechanic within a game is not taken into account for the required wins.
Boosts are only available at Napoleon Casino and are reserved for natural persons at least 21 years old who are legally registered at www.napoleoncasino.be and who agree to the A+ licence.
By participating, each player automatically and unconditionally agrees to these rules and accepts all decisions that Napoleon deems necessary.
Napoleon reserves the right to modify or cancel any Boost, in whole or in part, at any time.
Any player shown to have committed abuse may be excluded from Boosts.
In case of fraud, abuse, or suspected fraud or abuse, Napoleon has the right to exclude the player from Boosts and to void the related rewards.
These Boosts T&Cs are supplementary to, and in no way affect, Napoleon’s general terms and conditions.
