TERMS & CONDITIONS – "Belgian Fan Item Package"

These terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as the "T&Cs") apply to the "Belgian Fan Item Package" campaign (hereafter referred to as the "Campaign"), organized by Napoleon Games Sports NV (the "Organizer"), a company incorporated under Belgian law, with its registered office at Gentsesteenweg 505, 1080 Sint-Jans-Molenbeek, Belgium, and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0880.462.268. The Organizer is solely responsible for the organisation of the Campaign and the delivery of the packages.

The Campaign allows players to purchase a "Belgian Fan Item Package" through the Napoleon Coin Shop. Each package consists of one (1) Belgian Flag, one (1) Bucket Hat and one (1) Schmink Stick.

The price of one package is fixed at 250 Napoleon Coins. The Campaign is not a contest, lottery, or game of chance: every player who completes the purchase flow correctly and in accordance with these T&Cs is guaranteed to receive the package, subject to stock availability.

Players may purchase the Belgian Fan Item Package multiple times, with each purchase counted as a separate package and requiring a separate deduction of 250 Napoleon Coins. Each purchase entitles the player to one (1) package.

The packages will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last (4000 packages).  Once the available stock has been depleted, the package will no longer be available for purchase in the Napoleon Coin Shop, and the Organizer is under no obligation to replenish stock or provide any alternative item or compensation.

Upon purchasing a package, the player will be directed to a form requiring the submission of their full and accurate delivery address and any other information requested by the Organizer. The player is solely responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information provided. Delivery will only be made to players who have correctly and completely filled in their delivery address within the purchase flow.

Delivery is restricted to addresses located within Belgium. Any purchase made with a delivery address outside of Belgium will not be honoured, and the Napoleon Coins used for such purchase will not be refunded.

Packages will be shipped within two (2) weeks after the purchase. This delivery term is indicative; the Organizer cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the carrier, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the player.

If the address provided is incomplete, incorrect, illegible, located outside of Belgium, or otherwise prevents delivery, the package will not be shipped and the Napoleon Coins used for the purchase will not be refunded. The player will therefore lose the Coins spent on that purchase, and no replacement package, refund, or other form of compensation will be granted.

The package cannot be transferred to any third party nor exchanged for cash, Napoleon Coins, or any other form of compensation.

Privacy and Personal Data

The personal data provided by the player in the purchase flow (including but not limited to name, delivery address, and contact details) will be processed by Napoleon Sports, acting as data controller, for the sole purpose of executing the Campaign, in particular processing the purchase, shipping the package, and handling any related communication or after-sales matter. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contract entered into between the player and the Organizer through the purchase.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and to comply with the Organizer's legal obligations (in particular accounting and anti-fraud obligations), after which it will be deleted or anonymised.

Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly to the extent necessary for the execution of the Campaign, in particular with the shipping/logistics partner responsible for delivering the package. These third parties act as processors on behalf of Napoleon Sports and are contractually required to ensure an adequate level of protection of the data.

General Provisions

Each player hereby declares that he/she has read and unconditionally agrees to these T&Cs and that he/she will accept all decisions that the Organizer believes it should make in relation to the Campaign.

Napoleon reserves the right to, unilaterally and without prior written notice, modify these T&Cs or any other applicable rules governing the Campaign at any time without being obliged to provide for any compensation to the participants.

Napoleon reserves the right to, unilaterally and without prior written notice, suspend, cancel or otherwise modify the Campaign at any time without being obliged to provide for any compensation to the participants.

In case of fraud, abuse or suspected fraud or abuse, Napoleon has the right to exclude the participant from participating in this Campaign or any other campaign or contest from the Organizer.

The present T&Cs are in addition to and in no way affect the Napoleon Games General Terms and Conditions. Therefore, if some situations are not explicitly regulated by these T&Cs then Napoleon Games' General Terms and Conditions available at https://napoleongames.be/en-be/wiki/terms-and-conditions and the provisions of the applicable law (being the applicable Belgian laws and regulations) shall apply.
