1. Details game organizer

Amigoal is organized by Napoleon, which awards the prizes for this promotion.

2. General conditions of participation.

2.1 To participate in Amigoal, you must:

- (a) Have an active player account at Napoleon.

- (b) Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Napoleon.

2.2 Participation in Amigoal means that you accept these terms and conditions.

3. Description of the Game

3.1 Players give four predictions for each round without odds, stakes, or potential winnings, unlike in classic betting.

3.2 Results for predictions are taken from official league websites or other public sports sources such as sports data providers, sports statistics sites and sports news sites if official data is not available.

4. Game Rounds

4.1 Each Amigoal game constitutes a separate round with a specific prize structure.

4.2 In case of postponement of an event, the round will be declared cancelled and the prize pool is transferred to the next round.

5. Prize structure

5.1 Amigoal will make available €5,000 in prizes each day, distributed as follows:

- €1,500 for 4 correct answers

- €1,500 for 3 correct answers

- €2,000 for 2 correct answers

5.2 Multiple winners with the same number of correct answers share the prize amount equally.

Example: Players with four correct answers share the prize of €1,500. Players with three correct answers share the prize of €1,500 euro. Players with two correct answers share the prize of 2,000 euros.

5.3 If there are no players with 4 and/or 3 correct answers, the prize is carried over to the next round.

6. Conditions of participation

6.1 Predictions are based on results at the end of regular playing time, excluding extensions and/or penalty kicks, unless otherwise indicated. The official result is the one at the end of the event, even if a committee or other party later determines a different result.

6.2 Specific betting rules, such as those for predicting cards, goal point intervals and basketball points, are applicable applicable as described in the FAQ.

Examples:

- For predicting cards: Cards shown after regular time and cards received by non-players (substituted players, coaches, players on the bench) do not count. A red card is also not counted as 2 yellow cards.

- For interval predictions: In the scenario “Goal before the 30th minute” if the prediction is “Yes”, a goal must be scored between 00:00 and 29:59 to win.

- For goal scorer predictions: Own goals do not count. If the first goal is an own goal and there is follows no other goal, then the prediction is “No goal scored”.

7. Payment of prizes

7.1 Winnings will be credited directly to players' accounts within 48 hours of the end of the game period directly credited to player accounts.

8. Dispute resolution and fraud prevention

8.1 Napoleon reserves the right to ask for documentation in accordance with the customer verification procedure. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the Promo.

8.2 Any suspected Promo abuse entitles Napoleon to withhold Promotions, winnings and other related actions, including the closing of accounts.

9. Applied law and rights.

9.1 Napoleon's General Terms and Conditions shall apply to this offer.

9.2 Napoleon reserves the right to modify, cancel or change the Promo or the Terms and Conditions at any time.
